How do I cancel an order?
You can do this in two ways. Either email sales@neoquip.com with
the order number and your instruction to cancel, or telephone the Customer Service Team on +44 (0)776 4493672. The sooner you tell us of your change of
mind, the sooner we can take action. Should we have shipped the order by the time you tell us of your wish to cancel, then you will need to return the package
to us. In such cases, we will refund your payment when we have received the goods back in good condition. The refund will be actioned within 1 working
day of the receipt of returned goods.
There will be no refunds on goods that show signs of having been installed, modified,
mounted, scatched or defaced.
All faulty goods must be returned with original packaging etc.
No claim for inconveniance or labour cost are included in the warranty claim.
A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged on unwanted products (returned at the customers
cost in original unused state.)
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
