BUT this had a strip of EL/neon on the back that with the use of two AA batteries (not included) will flash! this is brill. Its visable upto 300 feet away!! Making you stand out when out on these dark nights. Ideal Gift for the die hard biker or commuter. :) Neoquip's 5th year of trading birthday offer.
